1 Introduction

5 Legal Basis for Processing

Under the DPA and its Implementing Rules, jillpark relies on the following legal bases for processing personal data:

• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions, anti-money laundering laws, NPC requirements, and other applicable Philippine law;
• Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for jillpark's legitimate interests in fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, which relies on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already conducted.

6 Data Sharing and Disclosure

jillpark does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. jillpark may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary:

• Payment Processors: GCash (Mynt), Maya (PayMaya Philippines), and banking institutions (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) as required to process deposits and withdrawals. These processors operate under their own privacy policies and are independently regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP);

7 Data Retention

jillpark retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention requirements:

• Account and Identity Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and anti-money laundering recordkeeping obligations under RA 9160;
• Transaction Records: Financial transaction logs are retained for five (5) years from the date of the transaction in compliance with AMLC requirements;
• Gameplay Logs: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes;
• Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, or longer if relevant to an ongoing dispute;

11 Minors and Age Restriction

jillpark's platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above as mandated by PAGCOR regulations. jillpark does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

If jillpark becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, the data securely deleted to the extent permitted by law and PAGCOR's recordkeeping requirements, and any balance returned in accordance with jillpark's account termination procedures.

12 Changes to This Privacy Policy

jillpark may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Philippine law, NPC guidance, PAGCOR requirements, or jillpark's data processing practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the effective date of the current version.

Material changes — including changes to the purposes for which your data is used, new categories of data collection, or significant changes to data sharing practices — will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on jillpark.vip. Your continued use of jillpark after the effective date of a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
