4.1 Deposits. Funds may be deposited via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to current availability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jillpark's liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your jillpark account at the time the claim arises.
jillpark shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity; (b) indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages; (c) losses arising from service interruptions caused by circumstances outside jillpark's reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider failures; or (d) your failure to comply with these Terms.
jillpark provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.
jillpark reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination for breach, jillpark may forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. jillpark reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the jillpark platform. Your continued use of jillpark following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version took effect. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease use of jillpark and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
